From the covered and equipped terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view that reaches as far as Monte Argentario and the island of Giglio. The descent to the sea leads to a small beach. Set in 7 hectares of land within an enclosed and well tended garden with lawns and forest in an archeological area, the property will enable you to enjoy your holiday in total relax no matter what season of the year. A small outdoor jacuzzi pool for 6 (2.20x2.20mt) with heated water is available and to be paid on the spot (Euro 350 per week). The owner occasionally uses a small apartment that is completely independent and adjacent to the house. Covered parking. DISTANCES: 3 km Fonteblanda (all kinds of shops), 6 km Talamone (swimming pool, horse riding), 20 km Monte Argentario, 55 km Terme di Saturnia (hot thermal springs). Cleaning fee of euro 13 and deposit of euro 500 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. A mountainous promontory covered by the thick Mediterranean vegetation, spotted with fruit orchards and vineyards, Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole appear to have been born from the silver coloured rocks with their steep stairways, medieval arches, colourful houses and fortified fortresses.
