Cantamar 102, 201, 202,302 and 303, offer dive boat pick up right at the dock at no extra charge. The Cantamar is located well under 1 mile north of Cozumel*s town. Currently a taxi ride to town costs about 2.50 USD. The common area has a pool overlooking a man-made beach. Entry to the water is via a ladder. Coral heads can be seen from the beach, which offers excellent snorkeling. All units in the building have central air conditioning and a terrace or balcony off the living room and the master bedroom- and afford a gorgeous view of the Caribbean and the nearby bay of downtown San Miguel. Each condo has the master bedroom and bath on the ocean side and the second bedroom and bathroom just behind it on the street side of the condo. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms with ocean view. The living/dining room has an ocean view. The kitchens are fully furnished and all have a breakfast bar. All units come with maid service 6 days a week. There is excellent snorkeling off the Cantamar. You can see a huge variety of iridescent fish, colorful coral and large sponges.
