Transfer/Shuttle to the Fair included in the morning. The reservation becomes valid and effective once it has been confirmed by Fairs Worldwide to the client either verbally or in writing. Please provide contact information for the guest at time of booking. On the issue of confirmation/invoice an option is given to pay in full for accommodation -usually 7 days after the confirmation. Advance prepayment is expected during trade fairs. The reservation is only held by the option date.
