The whole of the building including the bedrooms is non smoking. All cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges. Late cancellation and non arrival charges will be the full cost of the 1st night stay. Pre payment will be taken from the card number given at the time of booking for the whole reservation within 24 hours prior to arrival. An invalid card number will result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
