On the Coconut Coast, in a small residential town near Villas do Atlantico, a new luxurious property stands. It is 35 minutes north of the city of Salvador, Bahia and its location is as exclusive and posh as the mansion itself. Salvador is well known for its large Carnaval celebrations and our home is a favorite among the masses during this time. Casa de Prince is a beautiful, spacious new house that includes maid service, is in a prime residential location close to the Atlantic Ocean. As well as occupying a privileged area in a verdant, tropical environment, the mansion offers all the amenities of a first-rate, modern house including security, swimming pool area, garden, mini-gym, spa services and parking slots for numerous cars. This exclusive house provides generously proportioned and well laid out accommodation with a total floor area of 8,000 square feet /250 square meters/ on five stories. There are eight double en-suite Suites/Rooms and all are unique and elegant. Our grounds offer a beautiful swimming pool, grand jacuzzi, stand-in waterfall and babbling fountain surrounded by a tropical garden with beautiful flowers. The 1st floor has a wide lobby that leads directly to the pool and its adjacent bar and barbecue area. On the other side of the house, at ground floor level, one finds 3 garden rooms, two with individual verandas and hammocks overlooking the quietest side of the gardens. The laundry is also located on the 1st floor. On the 3rd floor the extra large living and dining area is entirely surrounded by windows opening onto the garden that gives a natural tropical crossed ventilation throughout the house. A few steps above the main living area holds the entertainment corner, which is filled with CDs and DVDs with free access to the guests who can enjoy them on the wide, flat-screen satellite television. Adjacent to the living/dining room there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a staircase leading to the pool. High quality furnishings, framed paintings, sculptures and oriental rugs provide the finishing touches to a stylish and comfortable home away from home. Three beautiful en-suite bedrooms with a balcony are located on the 2nd floor, while the entire 4th floor is occupied by our Master Suite. Bed linen and towels are provided in all the rooms and are of high grade linen. On the 5th floor, guests can enjoy a mini-gym with equipment, a computer with internet access and a large lounge perfect for parties or to give your children play space without disturbing the guests on the other floors. Salvadors City, with all its historical and cultural attractions is a short drive away while the Vilas do Atlantico village centre is 5 - 10 mi away. Our services include- cleaning lady, a yard boy, a security system, and a sumptuous Brazilian breakfast. Cook, spa services and airport collection can be provided on-demand at additional charges. Schooner boat cruises on the All Saints bay, english speaking guides and eco-tours are also available upon request. The mansion is close to the beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation -direct access walking.
