All rates quoted are room rates, and include Full English Breakfast and VAT. Credit card details are required to secure individual bookings unless credit facilities have been pre-arranged. Advance deposits are required for group bookings, and a 50% charge will be made for number reductions or cancellations within 7 days of arrival. 100% payment is required for reductions and cancellations within 24 hours of anticipated arrival. Dogs are welcome, but not in the Bistro or Bar area. Cutlers Bistro is a non-smoking area, whilst the Bar and Lounge are smoking areas. The first and second floor bedrooms are smoking, and the third and fourth non-smoking.
