Built in 1992, the warm and friendly hotel recently underwent renovation. There are a total of 47 guestrooms spread over 7 floors, of which 7 are single rooms and 40 are doubles. Various facilities are available to guests including a pleasant foyer with lifts, safes and a 24-hour reception. There is also a TV room, a bar, a pub and an air-conditioned A  la carte restaurant to make use of and Internet access, as well as room and laundry services are also available.
