Renovations and Closures The Marina Square Shopping Mall will undergo an extensive renovation from June 2004 to upgrade its facilities and services to be positioned as Singapore’s key financial and entertainment district. As a result, The Oriental, Singapore wishes to inform its customers that noise disturbances resulting from this renovation will be unavoidable from 1 June to 31 October 2004, 8am to 7pm daily. The renovation includes the addition of a Mass Rapid Transit Station and enhanced shopping and entertainment facilities for both the corporate and leisure traveller. Whilst the hotel will try to ensure guests are not inconvenienced during their stay, a dedicated team of employees are available 24-hours a day to provide assistance. The Oriental, Singapore will continue in its mission to provide luxurious accommodation, state-of-the-art meeting facilities and award-winning levels of service.
