Active Hotels does not take payment from your card, your card is used to guarantee the booking. Full payment will be taken by the Heathlands Hotel direct on arrival/departure. We do accept small dogs at a charge of 5 pounds per day. You can pre-order dinner for an extra 10.00 pounds per person, per night, please state this at the time of booking. GROUP BOOKINGS 8+ people - we will take a non-refundable deposit of 20.00 pounds per person per night. We also require on arrival a 500 pounds surety deposit (this can be covered by a credit/debit card) against any damage to the hotel or any guests. Thank you
