Please note that each reservation will be charged a USD 15.00 reservation fee. There is also a USD 59.00 non-refundable damage deposit. Additionally, a cleaning fee of USD 107.00 will be collected. Check-in begins at 3 pm. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If under 25, must be married and submit copy of marriage certificate. Due to high occupancy levels, check-in may be delayed due to cleaning. Check-out is at 10 am. Our office hours are- Summer 8am to 7pm and Fall/Winter 8am to 6pm. If checking in after normal business hours, please call 1-850-235-1501 to obtain your keyless entry codes to the room, the garage, the gates to the beach, and the fitness center.
