Payments made by credit card and signature on registration card authorizes collecting any costs associated with damages by charging that credit card. Payments made by personal check require a damage deposit of 250.00USD due and payable upon arrival. The damage deposit may be paid in cash, Credit Card or certified check. Damage deposits are returned the week following the guests visit unless damage has occurred which will be itemized, photographed and the amount for repair deducted from the guests damage deposit. The Innkeepers retain the right to seek recovery of damage above the amount held in the damage deposit when damages exceed the amount deposited.
