Large cottages have kitchenettes and either a Shared Balcony or a Screened-in Porch-while small cottages have refrigerators and an Open Porch. The modern motel units all have maid service and a full bath. Upper Balcony units may rent an optional full kitchen-while Lower Balcony units come with a refrigerator. Guests needing more space may rent a Large Two Room Cottage-which has one bedroom with one queen or king bed-and a living room with one or two double beds. Or-they may rent two adjacent Motel Upper Balcony units-which can be connected through the full kitchen-which is in-between the two units.
