Destin West Beach and Bay Resort has quickly become the most sought after destination along the Emerald Coast in Florida. Destin West Beach and Bay Resort offers all the comforts of home in a lush tropical setting with beautifully furnished condominiums. Lazy River lagoon pool, state of the art fitness center, luxury whirlpools and four swimming pools. Additional amenities are within a short walking distance and include the Emerald Coast Conference Center, fishing pier, the Gulfarium live marine park and some of the finest restaurants in the area. You will also find shopping, golf, dolphin cruises, water sports, deep sea fishing and entertainment parks within a short drive from the resort. In some instances an additional security deposit may be required. Your account will be charged to remedy damage claims such as- Damage is done to the unit or its contents. No Smoking in any unit. No charges are incurred due to collection of rent. All debris and garbage is removed from the unit and placed in the proper receptacles. All dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Pets are not permitted in any units. No exceptions. Violation of the policies and rules by a guest will result in eviction and the forfeiture of advance payments of rent and deposit. The max. number of guests per unit is based on the ability of the individual unit to comfortably and safely accommodate our guests. If max. occupancy is exceeded, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments. Min. check-in age is 25. Office hours are from 7am-11pm daily. There is departure cleaning only. Please note that a USD 110.25 resort fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is between 4-6pm. Check-out is 10am. There is a possibility that your rental may not be ready until later, especially during peak season. Minimum age required at check-in is 25.
