This grade A listed building has been completely refurbished to a very high standard throughout. All Suites have a Chinese theme running through, you will find Terracotta soldiers, Crystal Chandelliers and Nobilis Wallpaper in the Hallway. Some of the Suites have kitchens purely for convenience because there is 24 hour room service available. The rooms are funished with Chinese laquered wedding cabinets, chest and desks with antique vases and figurines. There is Kempas hardwood flooring throughbout. The bathrooms are fitted with Philippe Starck sanitary ware, Hans Grohe taps and fully tiles in slate with LED mood lighting. The beds are made up with Hungarian free range duvets and Egyptian cotton linen. This is a non smoking hotel fitted with elaborate sprinkler systems. Terms & Conditions Payment for Hotel Reservations: All reservations must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. On the date of booking we will deduct a deposit of the first night of your stay, which is non-refundable. Relocation / Overbooking Disclaimer We do not anticipate being oversold, and use our best efforts to avoid this circumstance, and any inconvenience to our clients should this situation arise. However, in the event of an oversold situation, we shall relocate a client to accommodation of a comparable or better standard (if it is available) at no additional charge to the client. We accept no liability for any extra expenses arising out of such events. We cannot accept liability for incidents which occur outwith our control. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Switch. The address provided must be the billing or statement address of the credit card. Refunds, Cancellations & Revisions No-shows at the hotel are automatically subject to the first night room charge due to the Number 10 Hotel. The Hotel shall cancel all additional nights stay in the event of a no-show, and will attempt to sell the room(s) to other parties. Should it not be possible to re-sell the rooms in such circumstances, the guest shall be liable to pay for the subsequent nights accommodation, in addition to the first night. Restrictions Weekend stays: Two night stay minimum, other than in exceptional circumstances. Easter, Christmas & New Year, Rugby Dates, Highland Show, and various other sporting dates: Four night minimum stay. Three nights minimum stay over Bank Holiday weekends and in August.
