The Lodge on St. Georges

The Lodge on St. George's is a full service resort just nine miles off the coast of Belize City and only two miles from the Barrier Reef. What a perfect location to enjoy both diving and inland rainforest adventures. A very quiet, serene and secluded island, St. George?s Caye is quite simply, what a vacation was meant to be. Spend tranquil days basking in the warmth of Caribbean hospitality and unwind in the evenings with beach bonfires and hot Jacuzzis. Splash in a mix of scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, horseback riding, Maya temples and so much more. Our guest rooms are located in the main Lodge building along with the dining room, bar and lounge area. Our over the water thatched cabanas are located separate from the main building. Each has a verandah that provides a comfortable airy refuge overlooking the lagoon. All of our rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as 24-hour electricity, hot and cold water, mini bars, ceiling fans, and air coolers. Meals are served family style in our open-air dining room ? an eclectic menu full of Belizean delights, from local fish to hand-picked fruits and vegetables as well as a variety of regional specialties, homemade breads, soups and desserts.
