The hotel was built in 1970 and renovated in 2006. A subtropical garden separates the hotel from the road and it consists of 9 floors and 437 double rooms. The reception is occupied 24-hours and there is a lift. In addition, there is a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a bar, a nightclub, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant.
