Located in the heart of Valencia, within the historical centre of the city, the Ayre Hotel Astoria Palace is ideal for both leisure and professional guests. The Ayre Hotel Astoria Palace also has 12 function rooms with space for between 10 and 400 people, as well as a new Breakfast Hall located on the ninth floor where you can see stunning views of the city. We gave a new impetus to our a la carte restaurant on the 15th March 2009. It has a new name, AB Vinatea, inspired by the Latin expression that speaks of the evolution of the surroundings while retaining our roots: the quality and continuous improvement of our cuisine and service. We have created a new space for the best rice dishes in Valencia and for avant-garde Mediterranean cooking, with a new image based on the elegant modernity which characterises Ayre Hotels and the tradition of the Astoria Palace.
