The wrought iron and glass door opens into the great room, which is almost the entire first floor. In this area is a fully equipped kitchen with ice maker and wine cooler for those really hot days. There is a breakfast bar, dining table for 6 persons, and sofa and chairs near the fireplace. There is a TV with satellite receiver and Hi-fi available for entertainment. On this level of the house is a utility room with washer and dryer, a half bathroom, and one of the bedrooms. This bedroom is stunning, it has its own TV and full bathroom with a soaker tub and bidet. The windows from the main room open up completely to the terrace and it is from here that Casa Leonetti will truly impress you. The view of the Sea of Cortez, Bay and town of Cabo San Lucas is outstanding and you can enjoy it even better while relaxing in the pool or Jacuzzi tub.
