The Condotti Group hotels and townhouse suites are located in the historical centre of Rome in the most exclusive Spanish Steps area. All guests booked at the Condotti Palace and at the Antico Condotti are welcomed for registration at the main Hotel Condotti in Via Mario de Fiori 37 where the concierge is available for any assistance necessary. Condotti Palace distinguishes itself by its particular attention to the furnishing and accessories of the rooms; a harmonious blend of classic styling and modern touches. There are 22 guest rooms at the Condotti Palace housed in an historical palazzo completely renovated in 2007. They are distributed throughout four floors with a lounge on the top floor offering spectacular views over the rooftops of the heart of Rome. The atmosphere as well as being magical and relaxing is that of living in a Roman palazzo. At a separate location on the 1st floor is our original townhouse suite Antico Condotti with an independent entrance. You will find five comfortable rooms located only 20m from Piazza di Spagna. Each guest room has an en-suite bathroom- heating-air conditioning- colour TV with satellite reception- complimentary wireless internet access- mini bar and telephone. A Tourist Tax per night and per person 2 years and older will be charged at the hotel. This tax is not included in the total room price and is payable in cash. Additional Information; Breakfast for our guests is available at a nearby bistro at an extra charge of 10EUR per person between 7.30am-10am. Children age 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Free cots are available. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

How to get:
From the airport you can take the Leonardo Express train which will take you to Roma Termini Station in about 35 minutes. When you get to the station you can either take a taxi, take the A line subway getting off at the third stations called Piazza di Spagna or arrange a rented chauffeured car at an additional charge.
