The resort building surrounds an Italian style piazza with two large, luxurious Gulf front pools, each with its own hot tub, plus a spray park for children. One of the pools is heated seasonally. The fitness center includes state of the art equipment. A large, wheelchair accessible boardwalk leads over the dunes to the amazing emerald green waters and stunning sugar white sands of the Gulf. Each unit features granite countertops, whirlpool tubs and floor to ceiling patio doors than open to spacious, full Gulf view balconies. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. The individual making the reservation must be over 25 and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
