Constructed in 1841 the original residential building was completed redesigned in the Belle Epoque style between 1888 and 1897. Large parts of the building were created by the Bohemian painter Ludek Marold who lived on the top floor until 1898. The 61 spacious deluxe double rooms and 11 suites with their elegant and homely ambience and their luxurious, generous marble bathrooms offer first class accommodation. The 11 suites have been lovingly restored and are furnished individually, true to style (some even with their own fireplace), with a splendid view of Prague.
