La Pineta

This property is part of a renovated farmhouse situated at the edge of a small town in the rolling hills between Lucca and Pisa. The wooded surroundings, small vineyards and olive groves create a sense of charm, peace and relaxation that vacationers are sure to enjoy. The furnished patio and lawn allow guests to enjoy beautiful views of the hills and valleys in the distance are beautiful. The property also features a pool, open from June through mid-October and a hot tub area, shared with the owners. There is parking available on the premises. A cleaning fee of euro 15 and a deposit of euro 200 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. From the garden atop the tower of Palazzo Guinigi, visitors can take in splendid, city-wide views.
