Cancellations or changes must be made by 12 noon local hotel time one day prior to arrival to incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes made after 12pm local hotel time day prior to arrival will result in a charge of 25. GBP. Cancellations made after 12pm day of arrival will result in a charge equivalent to the first night room and tax at the rate confirmed for the stay. A credit card number will be required at time of reservation. Exceptions may apply- please see rate rules.
