The villa is immersed in a park (20,000 m2) which is shared with the owners and four other apartments and where there is a swimming pool (7x14) (2/7-3/9) (it is possible to use the pool outside of these dates, from 15/6 to 2/7 and from 3/9 to 15/9, the cost is Euro 180/ week to be paid on the spot), jacuzzi, boules pitch, table football, table-tennis, barbecue, bar/pizzeria (open only in August), shaded pergola. Each apartment has its own small equipped terrace (7 m2). Water is not drinkable. Access along 800 m of dirt track road which is steep in some parts. Against payment it is possible to hire three bikes and have transport arranged to take you to the seaside resorts. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Telephone for Incoming calls only.
