Apartment situated in a characteristic manor villa, which has been divided into three apartments and transformed into a cosy and comfortable country residence in the green Florentine hills that slope down towards the Arno valley. Beautiful views of the countryside full of olive tree groves. On the ground floor of the villa there are also 3 bedrooms as well as a room where the buffet style breakfast is served. This service is available to the guests on request and upon payment. One of the three apartments is inhabited by the owner. Shared, inside the property of total of (10,000 m2), large equipped grassy areas with a lawn that surrounds the pretty, equipped swimming pool (6x12). Laundry room (washing machine and sink). 500 m from the house, partly hidden by the hills and the vegetation, is a short stretch of motorway. Covered parking. A cleaning fee of euro 15 and a deposit of euro 200 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. The bucolic Florentine hills sit on the border between the lower and upper Valdarno. The vistas of olive, pine and cypress tree groves embody the quintessential Italian landscape. Florence itself is a peerless beacon to art lovers, history buffs and architecture admirers from around the world.
