- The property has 8 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 200 people. All delegate rates include provision of iced water with cordial/ mints/lined paper/pencils flipchart with pens and paper and overhead projector and screen. The hotel can also provide television and video presenter/data projector/video conferencing and audio equipment available upon request. The hotel offers 3 conference packages. From LHR-Heathrow Airport-- By Road - take motorway m4 westbound. Leave the motorway at junction 16. Take the a3102 following signs to wootton bassett. At the coped hall roundabout- t.h.WhIte is on the left take the right hand turn b4041 to purton/cricklade. Marsh farm is 100 yards on the left hand side.- By Rail - take train to swindon station. Take taxi from the station to the hotel - 4 miles.
- Reservations must be cancelled by 1200 on arrival date to avoid a penalty of 1 night stay if the hotel cannot resell the room.- No-Show fee/1 nights stay if the hotel cannot resell the room.
