The 3 star Hotel zum Gockl is owned for more then fifty years by the Family Rottenkolber. The Gockl is furnished in a typical Bavarian style and the restaurant is serving food as per very traditional Bavarian recipes. The property contains a hotel with 74 rooms; a Restaurant with the typical Terrace where you can enjoy the breakfast with good weather; a beer garden as well as the cozy Beerbar. The function rooms are fit for parties for up to 120 persons. The butcher shop at the Hotel has homemade products. The nice surroundings of the Hotel invite bike tours and visits to the nearby Feriensee. All rooms have shower; WC; cable television with movie and sports channels including Premier and telephone. Car and bus parking outside the Hotel and a parking garage with 20 spaces available free of charge on request and upon availability. Additional Information; Children age 5 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 6-10 receive a 30 pct reduction. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

From Munich Airport follow the road sign to Munich till the Autobahn A9 Exit Foehringer Ring then follow the road sign Unterfoehring. The Hotel is easily accessible by public transportation S8 which is nearby. Use the train S8 direction Geltendorf till the stage Unterfoehring. You follow the street Bahnhofstrasse for 500m till you reach the street Muenchner Strasse and the Hotel zum Gockl is on the opposite side of the street.
