The Inn at St Thomas Square in Panama City Beach is a truly unique vacation destination. The Inn is located just across the street from the beach and sits along Grand Lagoon. The property is not a busy/ crowded/ high rise condominium. It is actually a three story condominium with all the comforts of home set in a quiet/ relaxing atmosphere. The Inn is one of only a few locations with a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. Bring your boat or wave runner or rent one while you re here and have the convenience of docking them at the condo. Grand Lagoon will give you easy access to St. Andrews Bay/ The Gulf of Mexico and Shell Island. There are several room sizes to choose from that accommodated from 2 ? 8 people. So whether you re traveling as a couple/ family or group/ we have rentals to fit every budget. All condos have fully equipped kitchens and all but the studios have a washer/dryer. Though The Inn is across the street from the beach it is only minutes from Club LaVela/ Emerald Falls Family Entertainment/ Zoo World/ Ripley s Believe It or Not and so much more. There is a Mexican bar and grill on the property/ a hair and nail salon and Panama City Beach Winery with a large selection of the best Florida Citrus wines available. They have wine tasting daily ? our top pick is the Mango. PLEASE NOTE- Each reservation will be charged a 45-80 USD cleaning fee depending on room size and 20 USD parking fee for each vehicle. In lieu of a security deposit/ there is a 25-45 USD charge for rental damage insurance. ALL ROOM ARE NON SMOKING. Minimum Rental/Check In age is 25. Our office hours vary but we are typically open between the hours of 8-00am-5-00pm. Guests after the office is closed will get keys from an after hours lock box via a phone call to our answering service.
