The Phoenix at Steamboat is located just across the street from the ski area on Apres Ski Way. These Steamboat Springs condominiums are beautifully furnished and offer floor plans from spacious four bedroom layouts to smaller, elegant two bedroom condominiums. The clubhouse at The Phoenix features a guest lounge with pool table, card tables, T.V., gas fireplace and even a large screen movie projection theater. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom ? USD 50.00, 4 bedroom USD 65.00. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21.
