Renowned for being a haven of peace and comfort,the Expanse is situated on the sea promenade looking out over the beautiful Bridlington Bay. It's an ideal base for exploring the Yorkshire Heritage coast or the charming countryside nearby. The Expanse is in a quiet location out of town but the town centre, shopping and entertainment is just a few minutes away. In your room you will find all the things that you need, fully tiled bathroom, tv, personal safe, trouser press etc. All public rooms enjoy superb views of Bridlington Bay, especially our Restaurant with its Art Deco touches. We have two bars, the Marine Bar, which is our pub, open to the public serving traditional ales with live entertainment each Saturday night and the Restaurant Bar which is our quieter bar exclusively for guests.

Bridlington can be approached by one of four major routes : A165 southwards from Scarborough and the North East A165 northwards from Hull, at Wilsthorpe Roundabout [2 miles from Bridlington] turn left then at the T junction turn right on to the A614 to Bridlington A166 then A614 eastwards from York M62 eastbound [exit J37] then A614 eastwards from all other destinations In each case, about half a mile after entering the 30 mph zone for Bridlington, you will reach a large roundabout, take the Bridlington exit, 100yards afterwards is a mini roundabout, take the B1255 exit signed Sewerby, Flamborough B1255
