The Richmond Hotel rises over the Emperor Titus Temple of the Peace just in the middle of the Roman Forum and less than 100 yards far from the Colosseum- Capitoline Hill and Piazza Venezia. A top location with great service at very affordable rates. Please note that the reception is located in the adjacent Hotel De Rome- and check-in must take place there. The roof garden overlooks all the monuments in the area and allows our guests to have a rest after their cultural tours or shopping. Room amenities include air conditioning- safe- private bathroom. free WIFI and telephone. Free WIFI internet access is available in the lobby of the adjacent Hotel De Rome. The nearest parking garage is in Via Ostilia 48- near the Colosseum- and it is at extra cost. The hotel does not offer a shuttle bus- private Mercedes transfers with the airports are available at extra cost. A City Tax on per person per night basis will be charged which is not included in the total room price and which must be paid in cash at the hotel. Additional information- Children age 5 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult.
