Speaking of the competition, we are only 3 years old now and already going through extensive upgrades compared to every 7-10 years of our respected competitors. This is only the first phase of upgrading to this already new motel that was built and opened in 2006. From Dallas - Take I35 North to Gainsville and then take the exit for Highway 82 West towards Wichita Falls and the Lindsay Inn will be on left. From Oklahoma City - Take I35 South to Gainsville and then take the exit for Highway 82 West towards Wichita Falls and the Lindsay Inn will be on the left. From Wichita Falls - Take Highway 287 East and then take the exit for Highway 82 East towards Gainsville and when you arrive into Lindsay, we will be on the right hand side.

The City of Lindsay has excellent recreational facilities including a 9.87 acre park with shaded pavilion and playground area. A kitchen is available for large functions. The park has a lighted tennis court, sand volleyball court and softball - baseball field. Gainesville Municipal Golf Course is just minutes away. The area around Lindsay is abundant with wild game and fishing areas. Moss Lake , about 5 minutes from Lindsay, and Lake Texoma and Lake Ray Roberts, about 35 minutes from Lindsay, satisfy the most avid fishing and water sports enthusiasts.
