The spectacular 110-year old gardens stretch over 30 acres. Wide vistas over lawn and lake contrast beautifully with intimate walks which wind through hedged pathways, exotic trees and formal flower beds. Food and wine are an integral part of the Lodge experience. The menu celebrates the best of fresh New Zealand produce with an emphasis on seasonal estate-grown offerings. Situated at the base of the Banks Peninsula, Otahuna Lodge is just 20 minutes drive from the city centre of Christchurch, making it the ideal place from which to explore Canterbury.
