Casciano is a beautiful complex comprised of a manor house, two modern, two-family villas and two completely restored farmhouses. The entire group of properties is set on a hill overlooking the town of Capranica, between Lake Vico to the north and Lake Bracciano to the south. This area is steeped in the history of ancient Rome and the mysterious world of the Etruscans. The property is framed by meticulously manicured gardens, nut trees and olive groves and offers expansive 360-degree views. The seasonal swimming pool offers the ideal setting for taking in everything the area has to offer. All units have private outdoor areas and parking and central heating are provided. Cribs are available for euro 20 per week. Cleaning fee of euro 10 and deposit of euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
