This carefully restored Tuscan farmhouse is set in the verdant hills of the Maremma region. Offering beautiful views from the manicured lawn, the house also features a shared outdoor swimming pool, open from 9 am until 7 pm, and a hot tub. Parking is available on site. A cleaning fee of Euro 10 and deposit of Euro 300 is required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Maremma is known for its multi-faceted, inviting landscape, ranging from dense forests to vast wheat fields. Impressive architecture, including fine examples of imposing fortresses, medieval villages and centuries-old cathedrals, are off-set beautifully against the native appeal of the countryside.
