This charming apartment, one of nine created within a carefully restored farmhouse, is situated in the green hills in the heart of Tuscany. The property is perched at the top of a hill, allowing guests to enjoy panoramic views of the picture-perfect countryside. Original materials were used in the refurbishment of the house, helping to retain its authenticity, charm and rustic appeal. The site is surrounded by beautifully-maintained lawns and thriving groves of native olive trees. There is a shared swimming pool, open seasonally from June through September, and on-site parking is available. A cleaning fee of euro 0 and a deposit of euro 150 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Chianti is world-famous for both its scenery and for the namesake grapes that thrive there. The hills are absolutely enchanting, covered in vineyards and groves of oak, chestnut and holm-oak trees. The countryside, dotted with farmhouses, is an exclusive tourist destination with vibrant appeal.
