The Evergreen Townhomes are located a short block from the Steamboat Ski Resort gondola. Downtown is a brisk 10 minutes away, only steps from shopping and dining. The spacious, luxury townhomes are the perfect lodging option for large families. The expansive and luxurious living and dining rooms have stunning views of the ski resort peaks and fireplaces to cozy up to. Your private deck is one of the best vantage points in Steamboat of our renowned alpenglow. At the end of the day, rejuvenate your muscles in the outdoor hot tub and heated plunge pool. ResortQuest offers winter on-call shuttles to chauffeur guests around the Steamboat Springs area. Each day, our Green Team will empty your recycling and trash. Plus, our housekeepers will replenish towels and supplies, make the beds and vacuum high-traffic areas as necessary. For guests staying 8 or more nights- In addition to your Daily Refresh and Recycle service, midway through your stay, your housekeeper will also change the linens, clean the bathrooms and kitchen, and thoroughly vacuum and dust the unit. If you stay more than 15 nights, we will conduct two Mid-stay services. ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program. We are unable to accept any sports team participants and individuals 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds max. allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. If you are checking in between May 1 and Dec. 13, 2010, please check-in at the Torian Plum located at 1855 Ski Time Square Drive. After Dec. 13th please check-in at 2200 Apres Ski Way. Office hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm Sun. There is departure cleaning only. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Min. age at check-in is 23.
