For spa service we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before your spa treatment. If you were to cancel there is a 100 percent fee if not cancelled 4 hours before your treatment. Check-in is 2pm. Check-out is 12pm. When arriving at or before 2pm and upon availability, valet will provide you with a parking space for your car. Please check-in at reception.
