Four apartments in a complex inside an ancient Vertine hamlet in a enchanting position in the heart of the Chianti Classico. RIFUGIO 1 is located inside the hamlet about 200 m from the swimming pool while the other the apartments are set in a house at the edge of the village and in front of the swimming pool. Shared: outdoor areas with swimming pool (5x10). Each apartment has a reserved equipped outdoor area. Comfortable furniture with some period pieces. RIFUGIO 3 and 4 can be made to communicate (if booked together there will be a discount of 10%). Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. Cleaning fee of euro 12 and deposit of euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Chianti, famous not only for its landscape but also for the fruit which its land offers. The hills are absolutely enchanting covered in vineyards and oak, chestnut and holm-oak tree groves. The countryside, dotted with farmhouses, is now an exclusive tourist destination.
