American Vacation Homes and Villas are inside gated communities and are fully equipped and furnished and range from 3 bedrooms up to 5 bedrooms with private pools. Please note Office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. A cleaning fee applies 6 days stay and under. Guests are required to provide one of the following- a USD 65.00 non refundable damage deposit, a USD 250.00 deposit on a major credit card or USD 1,000.00 cash to be returned in 30 days. Please note that a USD 113.00 resort fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Upon arrival, guests must register at the American Vacation Homes office. If arriving after standard hours, please call 1-407-465-2260 to receive the lock box combination.
