Directions from Southwest Florida International Airpor Fort Myers-Exit airport on terminal access road turn Right north onto Treeline Road. Follow Treeline Road to Daniels Parkway turn Left west. Follow Daniels Parkway for approx 6 miles passing under Interstate 75 cross US 41 turn Left south onto Summerlin Road. Follow Summerlin Road to the Sanibel Bridge and Causeway approx 7 miles. Cross bridge 6.00 Toll turn Right west onto Periwinkle Way at first Stop sign. Follow Periwinkle to end approx 3 miles turn Right north at Stop sign onto Tarpon Bay Road. Follow Tarpon Bay Road to end approx 0.25 mile turn Left west onto Sanibel-Captiva Road. Stay on Sanibel-Captiva Road to end of Sanibel Island approx 7 miles cross small bridge to Captiva Island. Road name changes to Captiva Drive. Follow Captiva Drive to Tween Waters Inn approx 2 miles on Right.
