How to get:
Arriving From Venice Airport 'Marco Polo': Upon landing at Marco Polo Airport you will find a coach service provided by the A.T.V.O. and A.C.T.V. companies, that will bring you to Piazzale Roma in about 20 minutes for the price of 2.58 euros for Atvo - blue coach, equipped with a facility for luggage transport, seats for all passengers - and 0.77 euros for Actv - orange coach without luggage transport facility and with either seats or standing room. Once in Piazzale Roma, walk in the direction of Giardini Papadopoli, cross the bridge in front of Sofitel Hotel and turn right. Follow the Canal straight to the end of the road (Fondamenta dei Tolentini) and turn left into Fondamenta Minotto. Go straight ahead and you will find the hotel on your left. Time estimated to reach the hotel: 20 minutes by coach to reach Venice + 7 minutes by foot from Piazzale Roma. Alternatively you can take a private water taxi at the Airport that will bring you in front of Hotel Falier for an average price of 76-81 euros (price for maximum 2 people luggage included). We suggest always to ask for a price before you get on board. Arriving by car: We suggest parking your car in one of the Piazzale Roma garages. The most important are Comunale garage and San Marco garage that charge respectively 18.59 and 24.27 euros per 20 hours. Comunale Garage provides a service for making a parking reservation with no extra charge at www.asm.venezia.it website, while San Marco Garage offers a 10% discount for Hotel Falier customers (just remember to ask for coupon at the hotel reception before you leave). Once in Piazzale Roma walk in the direction of Giardini Papadopoli, cross the bridge in front of Sofitel Hotel and turn right. Follow the Canal straight to the end of the road (Fondamenta dei Tolentini) and turn left into Fondamenta Minotto. Go straight ahead and you will find the hotel on your left . Arriving by train: Once you leave the railroad station you can see Ponte degli Scalzi bridge on your left (one of only three bridges crossing Canal Grande). Cross the bridge, then turn to the right and walk straight ahead keeping Canal Grande on your right . At the end of the road (Fondamenta San Simeone Piccolo) turn left. Now you are in Fondamenta dei Tolentini. To reach Hotel Falier you have to go straight ahead while keeping the canal on your right side, crossing in front of Campo dei Tolentini and turning left into Fondamenta Minotto. Time estimated: 10 minutes by foot. Alternatively you can take a water taxi at the railroad station that will bring you in front of Hotel Falier for an average price of 36-41 euros (price for maximum 2 people luggage included).
