Ancient 17th century convent that has been recently restored and divided into 10 apartments just 1 km from the medieval centre of Colle Val d'Elsa. The convent is located at the edge of the town and the guests can go for beautiful walks throughout the hillside property of 4 ha with vineyards and poplar woods, where the owner's villa is also located. Shared: equipped outdoor area with swimming pool (7x14) (10/5-30/9), changing rooms and facilities, laundry room (washing machine upon payment: 5 Euro/load). The LEPRI 5-7-10 apartments are accessed by a shared room with a fireplace and WC (washbasin). Comfortable rustic-style furniture. Reserved parking space. Possibility of a cook for lunches/dinners. Baby-bed available (Euro 26/week/each).Central heating. Cleaning fee of euro 13 and deposit of euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
