Meeting / Conference Information
For conferences, we provide two seminar rooms, one measuring 55 sqm and the other 33 sqm, accommodating up to 40 and 25 people, respectively. Both feature natural lighting but can be darkened if necessary. Modern seminar technology is of course available: HotSpot for WLAN Internet access, loudspeaker system, projector and video capability. Other equipment is available on request.

Just to the south of Kuehlungsborn, there is a unique natural formation: the Kuehlung, facetiously referred to as the North German Harz mountains by locals. The popular destination is characterised by jagged fissures and hollows, gorges and valleys, streams and pools. You will have a great view from the 128 metre high ridge. The area is ideal for cycling and hiking. The Bastorf lighthouse also offers a view; from here, you can see the Buk, a peak to the west of Kuehlungsborn. The two-storey cylindrical brick structure was built in 1877/78 and houses one of the highest signal lights on the German Baltic Sea coast. The Molli, a historical narrow-gauge railway train, connects Bad Doberan and KA1/4hlungsborn with a stop in between at Heiligendamm. It is a technical monument and a tourist attraction at the same time. Steaming and puffing, it carries you to the neighbouring towns. In Bad Doberan, you can visit one of the most beautiful and significant examples of North German brick architecture. Heiligendamm is the oldest resort on the German Baltic Sea. In the summer months, passenger ships make trips from SeebrA1/4cke to WarnemA1/4nde and GrAPmitz. Alternatively, you can just take a short cruise on the Baltic Sea and return to SeebrA1/4cke. If you prefer solid ground beneath your feet, pay a visit to the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and LA1/4beck. They provide a medieval ambiance, as well as modern shops, historical landmarks and contemporary culture. The zoo in Rostock is home to 250 different types of animals 1,500 creatures in total. It is an experience for the whole family.
