After an exciting day on the slopes, relax in the outdoor heated pool or hot tub, or wander the serene Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many fine restaurants and shops of mountain village in Steamboat. Guests at the Terraces have access to complimentary ski lockers in the enclosed garage level of the complex. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom, 3 plus den ?
