The prestigious Ironwood Townhomes are an easy 50-yard walk to the Headwall ski run and just a few turns from the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola. At the end of your day, ski-in to the townhomes. Great restaurants are just across the street, while more dining and shopping at downtown Steamboat Springs is only a ten-minute drive away. Plus, our winter shuttle drivers are here to chauffeur you around town. These Tyrolean styled, multi-level townhomes have expansive living and dining area, vaulted ceilings, cathedral windows and exquisite decor. Lounge on your deck and relish in the mountain or valley views, or soak in the two oversized outdoor hot tubs. Each townhome also features an oversized master bedroom and bathroom with whirlpool bath, laundry facilities, free Internet access and private one-car garage. ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program and is unable to accept any sports teams. Those 23 years or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds max. allowed in this unit, if teams or individuals 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy w/out refund. Each day, our Green Team will empty your recycling and trash. Plus, our housekeepers will replenish towels and supplies, make the beds and vacuum high-traffic areas. For guests staying 8 or more nights- In addition to your Daily Refresh and Recycle service, midway through your stay, your housekeeper will also change the linens, clean the bathrooms and kitchen and thoroughly vacuum and dust the unit. If you stay more than 15 nights, we will conduct 2 Mid-stay services. If checking in between May 1 and December 13, 2010, please check-in at Torian Plum at 1855 Ski Time Square Drive. After December 14th check-in at 2200 Apres Ski Way. Office hours are from 8am-6pm. Check-in is 4pm.
