Hikes: 80 km of signposted trails in the surrounding area of Bad Bertrich and a range of stunning themed walks, geo trails, Calmont fixed rope route, Berlin-Wetzlarer train, Mountain Apollo, palms etc. Cycling routes: enjoyable trips by the Mosel from vineyard to vineyard, mountain bikes: bike station in town with a branch in the hotel, bike hire, dry room, 15 extensive tours with various difficulty ratings. Tennis: wonderful location on the outskirts with a 4 court complex. Swimming: Diana forest swimming pool enjoys a stunning location in the summer with aqua aerobics and stretching: in the thermal motion baths which are naturally heated to 32deg with Glaubers salt thermal springs. Football: well-tended, Fifa quality field, used during the World Cup 2006 for the Swiss national team as a training ground. White water canoeing: on the upper Uessbach in the winter, a thrilling estuary. Canoeing: canoe trips on the Mosel. Golfing: Ediger-Eller golf resort is around 15 km away.
