This completely renovated apartment in the historic centre of San Gimignano allows visitors to reach the primary tourist locations in the heart of Tuscany and experience life inside an historic hamlet. The town centre is closed off to traffic, but guests can temporarily park 100 m from the apartment at the S. Agostino city gate to load/unload luggage. There is public parking 700 m away. Within a 1 km radius, visitors find all kinds of shops, and a swimming pool and tennis courts are only 2 km away. A cleaning fee of euro 13 and deposit of euro 150 is required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. The city of San Gimignano materializes like history come to life in the Sienese countryside. The majestic towers spring from the sun-drenched hills and dominate the wine-producing Elsa Valley below. The area offers some of the best of Tuscan architecture, history and culture.
