Sunrise Beach features an elevated Gulf front deck with two large tropical pools, one which is heated seasonally. There are two hot tubs, as well as a water play area for children. A fitness center overlooking the Gulf and pool area, a meeting room, and covered parking are additional resort amenities. All of the units in this Gulf front high rise face the water and boast amenities such as marble baths, granite countertops, and private washers and dryers. Whirlpool baths are an available option as well. One exceptional benefit is that all the vacation rentals at Sunrise Beach Resort feature Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and the master bedroom, an amenity not found at many other area resorts.
