All condos are spacious 440 sq ft efficiencies which include a queen bed and sofa sleeper- or two beds-/ kitchen/ dining area/ bath and walk in closet. The kitchens come equipped with sink/ stove/ fridge/ dishwasher/ microwave/ toaster/ coffeemaker/ cook and dinnerware. All linens and towels are provided and are exchanged daily. There are coin operated laundry facilities on every other floor. Panama City Beach has plenty of activities to give couples and families a fun and sun filled vacation. If your looking for an affordable vacation this is the place to be. Please Note All reservations will be charged a 65.00 fee for cleaning/ 20.00 per vehicle for parking. In lieu of a security deposit/ all guest will be charge 25.00 for rental damage insurance. Minimum rental age is 25. No one under 25 will be allowed to check in. All check ins are handled at our main office located at 8730 Thomas Drive. ALL ROOMS ARE NON SmOKING Our office hours vary but we are typically open 800am - 500 pm. Guests arriving after hours will obtain their keys from a lock box via a phone call to our answering service. Instructions are available at the property. Any questions/ please call 800-874-8600.
